These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fit For Coach. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Fit For Coach connects fitness coaches with their clients and provides tools to create, share and track training and nutrition plans, including AI-assisted plan generation. Clients use the app for free. Coaches may subscribe to a paid plan to unlock additional capacity and features.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Coaches are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication. You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.
Fit For Coach is a coaching tool, not a medical service. The plans, macros, calorie targets and suggestions — including anything generated by AI — are for general fitness guidance only and are NOT medical, nutritional or health advice. Always consult a qualified physician before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, allergy or are pregnant. You use all plans at your own risk.
Coaches are independent professionals responsible for the plans they deliver to their clients, including reviewing and adjusting any AI-generated content for safety and suitability. Fit For Coach is not a party to the coaching relationship between a coach and a client and is not responsible for the advice a coach provides.
Paid coach plans are billed through Google Play (managed with RevenueCat). Prices and billing period are shown before purchase. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel it anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Google Play under Google Play’s refund policy. Except where required by your local consumer law, payments are non-refundable.
The Free coach plan includes a limited number of clients and a limited number of AI-generated plans per month. Manual plan creation remains available. These limits may change; current limits are shown in the app.
You agree not to misuse the app: no unlawful, harmful, abusive or infringing content; no attempts to breach security, reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service; and no use of the app to provide advice you are not qualified to give.
You retain ownership of the content and data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the service (including sending questionnaire data to our AI provider to generate plans, as described in the Privacy Policy).
We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fit For Coach and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury, health outcome or loss arising from your use of plans or the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
We use YouTube API Services in our own marketing tooling to publish videos we produce to our own Fit For Coach channel. In doing so we are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). This tool is internal to us and is not part of the app you use; using Fit For Coach does not require you to have or connect a YouTube account.
