Fit For Coach · account and data deletion

Option 1 — delete it yourself in the app

This is the fastest way, and you do not need to contact us.

Open Fit For Coach and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete my account.
Confirm. You are signed out immediately.

Option 2 — ask us by email

If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address your account uses and ask for deletion. We will verify that the request comes from the account owner before we delete anything.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in details
Your profile: name, email, language and app settings
Your health and fitness data: weight entries, workouts, meals, water intake, calendar history and achievements
Your training and nutrition plans
Push notification tokens
If you are a coach: the links between you and your clients (your clients’ own accounts are not deleted — they keep their data)

What we keep, and for how long

We keep records we are legally required to keep, in particular subscription and payment records, because tax and accounting law obliges us to. These are held for the period required by law and are not used for anything else. Payment card details are never stored by us — billing is handled entirely by the app store you purchased from.

How long it takes

5 days. Deletion is scheduled immediately and becomes permanent within 5 days. During that grace period you can cancel the request by emailing info@fitforcoach.app. After that the data cannot be recovered.
